We are delighted
to announce that the Little Cinema and Galway City of Film 48 Hour Challenge is back for 2020, and will be held virtually via a Live Stream on 25th October 2020.
This year’s teams will be able to take part from all over the country and they will make a 5 minute film in just 48 Hours, which will incorporate a line, a prop and a genre chosen beforehand by our team!
The Best Film will win the first prize of €500, with prizes also for Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Special Effects, Best Use of Prop and Best Use of Line. Applications are open from Monday 7th Sept 9am until 9th October 2020 5pm. Team spaces can be booked via a deposit of €50 which will be returned upon completion of the Challenge. The Little Cinema & Galway City of Film 48 Hour Challenge is supported by the Galway Film Centre via the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
